This is a very uncommon moth in Notts and it took several specimens, caught by myself, to convince our recorder of their existence in the County.

I think it's worn individual, the remnants of bown can be seen on the head and especially for a moth in this condition, there is too muc brown adjoing the black crossline behind the kidney?

I've had several records accepted so the fact I do get them, is undisputed, can anyone else, see a Dark Spectacle here?
