Wasp sp. ? (1 Viewer)

Photographed this on 2/10 in Norfolk & have`nt been able to put a name to it as yet. I know very little about this group of insects other than they can be very tricky to I.D. The nearest i`ve come to it is a Trichrysis & Omalus sp. neither of which I think it is. Size was c5mm long
