We can add Song Sparrow to the US list. It's actually a new yard bird for me.

And now ... the world!

Hopefully correct as per this thread (not too worried about the odd date incorrect). A few photos won't hurt if anyone gets the urge ... 165 so far.

Just now on a walk, I heard Red-bellied Woodpecker.

An Eastern Towhee is singing outside, that should be a new species for the list.

I can add Marsh Tit to the UK list and Skylark to the Europe list I think. Both from the 3rd.
Sorry if I've missed them somewhere.

Male Ring Ouzel!
Landed briefly on tree tops just behind garden.
Might have to do this more often

Not that I recall (would have to open the pdfs up to check )

Do you people elsewhere in Europe want a 'Europe except for UK' list as opposed to a 'Europe including the UK list'? (There is already the whole World list to encompass everything)

Love 'em but not on the IOC list unfortunately. Which Redpoll would that be - Lesser or Common?

Tricky point with the Redpolls, as I was unsure on the views I had. They were most likely Lesser but looked potentially like Common.

You just love putting me in a quandary I reckon. Payback for that cheese??

I guess they'll just have to go on as the default (Lesser) perhaps ...
