My partner Kyla and I live in a beautiful RV park fifteen miles northwest of Gold Beach, Oregon, along the Rogue River. I decided to join this forum because our bird feeders, which hang from a species of cherry tree I can't fully identify and are very close to the rig, are very busy, especially as spring turns into summer. I take endless pleasure in watching the many species of birds which land on them and eat. I'd like to share photos with you--nothing of professional quality, mind you--and I'd like to meet new people as well.
I'm no hobbyist by any means, just a novice aficionado. This area of the world is green and dense with wildlife; if you have never visited southern Oregon and taken in its world-class coastline or forests, you're truly missing out.
Anyway, it's great to be here!
