Tyrant Flycatcher, California (1 Viewer)

I can't decide whether this is a Western Wood-Pewee or a Willow Flycatcher. I've never seen either before.

I am attaching five photos of the same bird, seen today in the San Francisco Bay Area, California.

Thanks,
Garrett

Garrett!

Agree with Lou.

Western W P. (to be causious, on range, Eastern Wood P W quite similar, with records in the West).
Long- winged, long primary projection (exclude Empidonax), no obvious pale eye-ring, dark tip to lower mandible (exclude Willow) and pointed wing tip, nicely viewed in your flight shot (exclude Empidonax), to mention a few characters.
