I'll give you a clue. Rare migratory bird, more usually seen on east coast. Same level of rarity as Wryneck or Icterine Warbler.
 
All I can think for the first one is a very over-exposed, extreme close up of a barn owl, and wouldn't take bets on which PART of a barn owl.
