There's a great paragraph written up in the "Distribution" section - only problem is it only addresses European populations, not Asian. Further detailed information regarding remainder of range would be a good addition, but for now subheadings solve this problem quite well.

I made a slight edit. I read the initial two lines as introductory and as such Europe should be there as well. I then made the vagrancy one more level below, hoping that sometime in the future there would be
2.1 European population
2.1.1 Vagrancy in Europe
2.2 African population

I added Romania and Bulgaria at "2.1 European population". It's a common breeding bird in Romania, mainly in the South and East. There is a large population in the Danube Delta.
