Taken from National Geographic:

L 6" (15cm).
Dull gray-brown above with contrasting cinnamon rump, broad blackish tail band.
Frequently bobs its body, especilly when alarmed.

What is it?
 
Rock Wren is correct!

L 5" (13cm).

Dark auriculars surrounded by yellow, yellow on breast, extensive white on outer tail feathers, two white wing bars.
