Tree pipit or meadow pipit (1 Viewer)

I'd say thats a Meadow Pipit, maybe it has a slightly strong face pattern put i dont really see anything else to suggest Tree Pipit.
 
Just realised I was looking at the wrong photo, the one in the first link. Having now had a look at the correct photo I agree with Adam & Tim but a very well marked individual.

Meadow pipits can be remarkably variable, especially in Autumn. Yours is a meadow pipit. I find that the best distinguishing feature for tree pipit (apart from the call - a harsh "speeze") is the streaking on the flanks. Tree Pipits almost always have thin flank streaks.

Edit: that said - the bird you link to the post above looks more like a Rock Pipit to me.

Thanks, thats probably why I am confused !! The rock pipit was on grass and the meadow pipit was on the rocks !!
