located early in the morning.

Please help me guys and gals?
Due to the recent budget cuts,
the rising cost of electricity, gas, and oil, plus the
the current state of the economy, the light at the end
of the tunnel has been turned off.

It is a Blue-gray Gnatcatcher. Solitary Vireo was split some years ago into three species, with the eastern one called Blue-headed Vireo.
