I posted this picture in the Gallery yesterday.

It was thought by a few to be Chicory.

When I mentioned this to a friend, they said it wasn't mapped for the Blairgowrie area and I should report it to the local Recorder.

Is it chicory? Is there a look-alike confusion species? And how would I report it if necessary?

There should be a Botanical recorder for the area (County or Vice-County); the BSBI (Botanical Society of the British Isles) should be able to put you in contact.
