They're great photos Dunedin, thank you.

Morton Lochs is included in the Tentsmuir Forest article at the moment.

I'll play around with some of the pictures shortly.

LOL you too I'll do a re-direct so we won't have that problem again.

Of course the ideal would be to have enough info for two separate articles!

How do I add a picture from someone else (or one of mine) from the gallery to Opus?
Do I need to download (which in case of another Photographer I don't like too much) or is there another way?
And how do I get the profile link to work underneath the pic?

Thanks :)

Hi Nicole

From the Gallery you need to save to your desktop, then search for it in the Browse menu when uploading.

The profile link coding is in one of two forms ie:

{{user|NicoleB|NicoleB}}

{{user|Delia+Todd|Delia Todd}}

There is, though a more complex one if an ampersand or non-English characters are used. Ask for help in this case LOL

Hope this helps

Hi Nicole

Sorry not quite sure what you're meaning I'm afraid.

Here's the full coding for adding a bird picture

[[Image:FILENAME.JPG|thumb|550px|right|MALE/FEMALE ETC<br />Photo by {{user|FIRST+NAME|NAME}}<br />LOCATION AND DATE]]

Replace the block capitals with whatever is required, or delete altogether.

Does this help?

It looks it! Super photos.

We don't appear to have an article for it as yet, so I'd need to know something about the place to start one and add your photos.

Meantime I've put one on the Cyprus Category page.

Yes, we were saddened to see the dirty beaches in the Nabq area north of Sharm el Sheikh this fall. But it's pretty much the same in most "third world" countries.

In this case I was thinking about the one right in front of 'our place' in Kuwait.

What makes me sad is that these countries pride themselves in 'NOT' being 3rd world countries. Right.

But that's off topic and maybe for another place to be discussed :)
