Ringed 1cy Slaty-backed Gull & unidentified "Herring" Gull from South Japan

These photos were taken from Kyushu, southern island of Japan.

A ringed 1cy Slaty-backed Gull(actually not 100% sure...) was seen.

Does anyone know about the origin of this bird?

Also I found a strange gull which has both Thayer's and Vega primary pattern.

Its right wing's P10 has Thayer's Gull pattern while it's left wing's kinda look like those of the Vegas'.

It also has weaker bill than typical Vega and roughly the same size as the Black-tailed Gull.

The bird has only 5 black-tipped primaries.

Really appreciate any comments about these tricky birds.
