Pls Identify this Dark Blue bird with a blue line on the head (1 Viewer)

Hi Birdwatchers.. o

Please help me identify this Bird which is a sweet singer.

It was found in Mahe, Malabar region, Northern part of Kerala, in South India.

Its body is largely dark blue black with black head. The Front side of the head has a dark blue horizontal line.
