It appears that the blue tits may be intending to stay at their winter lodgings (i.e. the nesting box!) again this winter! There was four blue tits (got some photos of them to!) investigating the nest boxes. If they use the nest boxes over the winter this will be the 2nd or 3rd year they have sone so, and yet come spring they're not interested in using the box!
