Parrot- Otway Ranges, Victoria, Australia (1 Viewer)

Seen on Thursday (9-Mar-2017) near Birnum, Otway Ranges early afternoon.

Single bird, am thinking either Blue Winged Parrot or Elegant Parrot...

ID assistance appreciated

Looks like Blue-winged, lots of blue on the wing coverts, can't see blue above the eye and orange tinge to the belly, but quite tricky to identify where they overlap
