Marsh Warbler?!? any possibility?

I was in the car , it appeared very short time, almost one or two second than left immadiately. Most probably they have nest very close so I left the area too , not to disturb ...

Your first photo is a fantastic shot i do not think anyone would disagree with that.
Based on a bird i cannot hear singing. Eastern Olivaceous Warbler for me.
