Chris Rose and David Bennett artwork for sale (1 Viewer)

Hi All

Chris Rose's work rarely comes up for resale but there is a great picture of a Grey Heron up for sale, as well as Snow Bunting watercolour by David Bennett. Details can be seen at www.guernseybirds.org.gg - click the links from the home page. Even if you are not in the market they are worth looking at!

Like many I am a big fan of Rose, he not only paints his subject very well but their surroundings also, check out his sanderling for instance in the prints section of his web page.

His Redshank at Tyninghame is also very well done, I remember seeing this work (or another like it) hanging in the gallery of the Scottish Ornithologists' club at Aberlady and immediatly recognised the place where it was painted from the rock formation alone, it is that good.

Sadly I cant afford his work but I can look:>)
