hawk in Sacramento California 4/15/2020 (1 Viewer)

Looking to identify this hawk I photographed headed over some suburban areas near Sacramento a few days ago. I couldn't really tell what species it is however my suspicion is Swainson's hawk given the date and location. the size was between that of a Red Tailed and a red Shouldered Hawk.

I would argue that it is a light, or light intermediate morph Swainson's Hawk with the white head it shows.
