I use a Dell lap-op with which I have been very happy for a number of years until recently as soon after connecting with the internet a series of unwanted notifications keep appearing at the right hand side of my screen . I don`t mind the ones posting news items but one in particular is infuriating . It ostensibly comes from Norton Security and appears up to twenty times when I remove its predecessor . A few Chinese type characters on the icon also arouse my suspicions . Can anyone help ?
