Hi
My name is Andre Williams and I live in Barbados.
I work as a landscape gardener.
Nature photography is my main hobby.
I started photographing birds last year and have been enjoying the challenge (sometimes frustration) of getting "the shot". I am hoping this forum will help me learn more about the names, habits, etc. of the birds we encounter in Barbados (including migratory ones) and also useful tips on photographing them.
Andre

Hi Andre and a warm welcome to you from those of us on staff here at BirdForum :t:

We're glad you found us and we look forward to seeing your photographs and answering your questions ;)

Thanks KC
Never joined a forum before so a bit nervous.
Somehow I posted my 'Say Hello' as a new thread instead of the in the correct place to do that! can you change it and put it in the correct area for me please?
Thank you
Andre

Welcome Andre,

Barbados... sounds great and I can only imagine what fantastic exotic birds you have. Do you have any favourites?
