Can it be identified by such a photo, is it a Mallard or a Shoveler?

If I had to offer an opinon, I'd say female Mallard.

Think I'd lean more towards Shoveler on what can be seen of the bill

I think the bill is too small for Shoveller. IMO it is a Mallard.
