I've just watched The Great Escape, a film I'd never seen in full before.

In fact I've seen a few films in the last week. Started the week with 1917, then yesterday watched Darkest Hour (which I didn't think was great), followed by Dunkirk (a natural follow-up to Darkest Hour), and then earlier today I watched Finding Dory, but I didn't like that as much as Finding Nemo.

Little Women. I heard that lots of men boycotted this film because it's about women. But it's an utterly warm and rich film that's become the best film I've seen this year.
