Task Manager Gone Funny (1 Viewer)

When I right click on the Task Bar to get the Task Manager the box comes up with no tabs at the top.

It is only showing the Current Tasks and I can't close it down, nor use it to Shut Down.

Any ideas why it's done this and how to fix it.

Hi Delia,

try double clicking on the grey boarder surrounding the tasks
