Can someone help me with this tern Id.
Picture taken in U.K. (the black bill is confusing me).

Black Bill and Black legs - I suspect Sandwich is the only option and you can't make out the yellow tip against the sky.
 
Here is another picture I think you can just about make out a yellow tip to the bill. Thanks

Sandwich Tern. As mentioned, black legs, black bill and if you look very closely in both photos, the yellow tip can be seen. The strong light makes it less noticeable but it is there.
