You really do have a bit of a purple martin thing going on don't you! Nice work, I think it has a very 'folksy' feeling, very much continuing an American tradition. Let's see some in the gallery-this month's 'competition' theme is holiday greetings cards and is open to artists...

You've got some very nice bird-shapes in this painting and I think the topmost bird is very well painted - you've caught the irridescence beautifully here.
