noise filter software (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I am currently use the freeware version of Noiseware to clean up excessive noise in converted jpgs. Now I am considering to get a full version and found a couple of other options (neat image, noise ninja ...) that I plan to give a test run to decide if I am going to stay with noiseware or switch to one of the other programs.
I would be interested to learn what other photographers use and what they consider particulary strong or weak points in the different programs.
Personally I would prefer a stand alone solution, photoshop plug-ins are second choice.
