Strong rain front went over Finland last night. After rain birds are often active longer in the mornint and thats why I decided to go cycling. Air was very clean and bit misty after heavy early summer rain.

My cycling trip was altogether 4 km long. Here are the some observations:

Blyth's Reed-warbler 12 singing males. It seems that most of them had just arrived
Marsh Warbler 2
Icterine Warbler 2
Black-throated diver 2
Red necked grebe 2
White-backed Woodpecker 4
Grey-headed Woodpecker 1
Black Woodpecker 1
Scarlet Rose Finch lots
Thrush Nightingale 2
And lots of other birds
