I've not tried with this camera but in my experience I have not found any camera with a big zoom range that works for digiscoping so I would be very surprised if thie one did.
Yes I'd have thought the same. It's just I was half glancing at photo's. on Birdguides and I'm sure I saw someone had used it in a digiscope combo and the shot wasn't half bad.
