I have just this one photo and am not sure if it can be identified from this view. The dappled sunlight doesn't help much either.

Anyway, I thought it could be Louisiana based on leg color and what appears to me to be a thicker supercilium in the back.

Looks like Louisiana to me as well. Buff flanks contrasting with white belly, large bill, what appears to be a an unmarked throat.
