Rare Albino Pheasant (1 Viewer)

A very nice looking bird.

Sorry to rain on you parade but, its not all that rare, and this bird is not even a true albino otherwise it would have pink eyes. These birds are selectively bred in order to create these beautiful 'freaks'. I saw one the other day in Surrey.

I'm afraid that my corporate firewall won't let me access flickr etc. Is your bird like this (that I took earlier this year). As I understand it, these birds are specially bred to facilitate gamekeeper's monitoring of flock spread from feeding grounds.
