Garden Feeder Mystery - Bad Photo Warning!!! (1 Viewer)

Hello all - my first thread so bear with me.

I wonder if anyone can shed any light on the bird in the attached (bad) photo. It was snapped by my dad who's quite an expirenced bird watcher, he thought it was odd as it appeared to have a very heavily streaked back and the yellow marking above its eye.

My initial thoughts were Greenfinch but i'm not at all sure now :h?:
