?Hemiptera sp

This small insect was climbing up a cork oak in the west of Málaga province today, 18.09.18.

I think it's probably hemiptera and / but hoped someone could point me in the right direction.

Thanks
Paul

Hi Paul
I'm reliably told it is a member of the Dictyopharidae:Orgeriinae. I've had a search and it might be something in (or near) the genus Bursinia (but that's just a guess).

Thanks Martin - fascinating creatures. Got a few pics up on the phone but will have to take the laptop to a bar with wi-fi to check them out.
