I’d say Cooper’s also but I’d need a better photo to be sure.

Yes, definitely Cooper's Hawk. Note squarish head and lighter colored nape than crown.

Central (most ventrally located when tail is folded) tail feather clearly shorter than outer tail feathers -> high confidence in Cooper's.


PS Where in Boston was the Snowy? Airport?
