There has been a recent thread on the Swarovski site discussing possible improvements to the SV range. One of the suggested improvements is to include image stabilisation and much of the thread included discussion on the science behind this, with Kabsetz and Elkcub providing robust information.

Although it is a Swarovski thread, it is as much about Canon, being the only mainstream manufacturer of IS binoculars.

If you haven't seen the thread, I would recommend it to anyone interested in IS binoculars.
