(I don't know how to make the topic sticky)

My list started with a bang. Not numbers, but we had a Christmas bird count and I texted a friend about the area she was doing. I know every corner of the park and there were some issues how to tackle it that day. She found a solitaire and I had to stop my count and go see her solitaire. It was a lifer the first week of the year. The count was for 2019.

26 Townsend's Solitaire Pioneers Park
27 Carolina Wren Henry Park
28 Greater White-fronted Goose
29 Mourning Dove Marsh Wren Community Wetlands
30 Fox Sparrow Marsh Wren Community Wetlands

This is where you list a number or something. A last bird maybe. It's been cold here, but I did add a couple a few days back, the yearly red-breasted nuthatch. Waiting for siskins to show up at a reliable feeder.

I had an odd partial leusistic chickadee.
