Sandpiper MA coast

I need help with identifying another sandpiper. Here are two photos of the same bird from different angles.

It looks like a fresh juvenile Semipalmated Sandpiper.

At first I thought that this was a Sanderling, as it appeared to have most of the field marks as I viewed the photo #2. Then I looked at photo #1 and noticed that your bird has a hind toe (hallux). Sanderlings do not have this hind toe.

I make this bird to be a Semipalmated Sandpiper. I think I can see a little bit of a web on the feet, which is one of the characteristics of this species.
