The theme for this months theme is 'Birds on Feeders'. We certainly have a good selection of bird species and a variety of feeder types.

From the 71 entries submitted 30 have been selected for members to vote upon. Please select your favourite 'Birds on Feeders' entry.

Entries can be viewed either as -

1. Thumbnails

2. Slideshow

Entries will remain in place until completion of voting after which they will be moved to their appropriate forums.

Just when you think you have your winner, you see an even better shot. :eek!:
Excellent sellection, good luck to you all.

My vote has been cast, I hope you win, and if you don't.................

Because there can only be one, congrats to all the losing entries, and a "feather in the cap" for the winner. Cheers

A good selection of species and types of feeders for this competition, some very good entries as well.

From the 71 entries 30 were selected for inclusion in the voting booth and 180 members cast their vote.

First place -

Victor Tyakht with Competing for a seed which attracted 45/180 votes. Having taken a runaway lead early in the voting, no other entry came close.

The placings were a little tighter with four contenders towards the close of voting.

2nd place -

Characterboats with Supper time with 19/180 votes. An unusual theme interpretation but very well executed with a Kingfisher feeding from a metal dish.

3rd place -

julie61 with Long Tailed Tit with 17/180 votes.

Congratulations to each of you :t:

Entries will remain in place a few days before being moved to their respective forums.

Congratulations Victor. An absolutely stunning photo, a well deserved win.
Congratulations Characterboats and julie61 two brilliant photos.

Dear colleagues,
Thank you very much for your interest and high appreciation of the picture. Very nice Kingfisher and Tit in the winning company. Thanks and congrats to Characterboats and julie61 for their entries.
Winter season costs me about 150 kilo of seeds, not to mention nuts and lard. Some of feeders' visitors should win sometimes to cover the expenses.
