Micro adjustment 7D MK11 (1 Viewer)

For micro adjustment on Canons on the adjustment scale there is a symbol of a distant mountain for + ie moving the focus point further away. Makes it easy to remember.
Re the adjustment, I have tried a few of the recommended methods, but still get best results in the field. I park about 30 degrees to a barbed wire fence and take a pic of a post about 30-50yds away with the lens right open to give a narrow depth of field. then count the barbs in focus before and after the post, adjust as required. Have good results with my 5d3 and 1dmk4 on both 500 and 300 lens's with 1.4 and 2x converters.
