We've just had to replace the computer, and I found the software that came with my Sony HC19E camcorder wouldn't load. However, I downloaded a new 'fix-it' package from Sony website, but that doesn't work, either. (Tried it twice) The camera is just not being recognised. I've mailed Sony, but not got a reply. Has anyone else had a similar problem, or any dealings with Sony Support?
I shall be utterley lost without my camcorder!!! and no-one makes them with veiwfinders now.
