A Buteo, Jackal bussard or Augur Bussard or something similar; no book available at the moment...

I don't believe it's an Augur, because of the lack of a red tail. Also the rufous bellie I can't remember ever have seen that with an Augur. But I am affraid I can't tell you what it is...

It is a Jackal Buzzard.
