Another unknown dragonfly (1 Viewer)

I got bummed out trying to reinstall everything on a new cp so went out for a little birding and found this dragonfly. A search of enature didn't come up with a match. Any guesses?

Thanks guys. I don't know whether it is me but in its original size, the segment where the wings meet the body just above the tail almost looks like another face to me.
 
Thanks Steve. I was leaning towards the female but everything I read on the female related to her being more orange so I wasn't sure. Well good. A new one for my new dragonfly list. BTW, these are the calmest dragonflies I have seen to date. One even landed on me.
 
I have one too and didn't know the name. The Dragonfly comes every day,two or three times a day and I think it is laying eggs on the Rushes in the Pond.

Thanks for the ID. It"s more fun to watch when I know the name:)
