Just a quick hello

I used to like bird watching when I was young but that gave way to other interests as it often does when you are young.

Recently I took my youngest son to the Washington Wetland Trust for a day out and we are both hooked.

Looking forward to many more trips

Hi Oohmygod and a warm welcome from me too.

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I hope to hear about all the birds you see when out and about.

Welcome to BirdForum! I am sure you will find lots to interest you here, and I hope you enjoy your visits.

Hi OMG

You are within reach of the Northumberland coast, Farne Islands and even industrialised areas such as Cowpen Marsh, all can give great birding experiences. Have fun visiting here too!
