1 and 4. yes, Kelp Gull
2. Imperial Shag, nominate subspecies (atriceps)
3. Brown Skua, also of the nominate subspecies, antarcticus (they are indeed very similar to Great Skua, but that species does not occur in the Southern Oceans)
 
#5 - never seen one myself so this is a bit of a book guess: but from the very orangey tones (very unlike #3!), this one should be Chilean Skua

Agreed, but note Brown Skuas (Falklands) are not all as uniform "brown" as book illustrations usually show them; they are more variable. Some have surprisingly extensive patches of rufous colour, and a few have a notable projection of the central tail feathers (to 1/3 of total tail length).
