Birding in the Dunoon area

I am coming and staying in the dunoon area in july, i'd like to get divers, eagles and specialities for that area, but i don't want to travel too far as it is a family holiday. Is there anywhere that is reliable for good birds especially with good views of them.

hope someone can help

(target birds:- divers, black guillemot, chough, eagles, and anymore specialities or common bird with good views)
