Laughing Gulls changing to summer plumage (1 Viewer)

Today I saw the first Laughing Gulls in my local flock starting to get their summer plumage. Two had the full head and neck turning dark (not solid black yet, but fairly dark). Others were getting lots of spots as the darker feathers start replacing the white.
