Leica 7x42 Ultravid HD vs. Zeiss 7x42 BGATP (1 Viewer)

Hello John, post 91,
The 7x42 Leica is a very nice instrument, I like the way it looks and I like the image quality. However, when I compared the Meopta Meostar B1 7x42 with the Leica Ultravid HD-plus 7x42 I found (to my surprise, I must admit) that its optical specifications were on a number of points identical, on some even better, the weight was quite a bit more, but overall it was also a very very attractive binocular for 849 euro versus 2040 euro for the Leica. That alltogether can be a strong argument in favor of the Meopta 7x42.
