5 months in SA and Namibia (1 Viewer)

Just got back from spending 5 months birding (mostly camping), in South Africa and Namibia. Had a great time. Trip total was 642 species, with highlights including Northern Rockhopper Penguin, Hottentot and Black-rumped Buttonquails, Finfoot, displaying Pennant-winged Nightjars etc.

Thanks Larry, great TR and some really nice birds - I too have still to see some of those you listed. Enjoyed the pics too. So glad you had a good trip.
