Reviewing old photos I discovered a possible Sabine Gull. The quality picture is very bad but the wing pattern I think is more or less clear... And I think swallow-tailed gull show less black. Comments are welcome!

Picture from Isla de la Plata (Ecuador) in August seeing humpback whales.
