found bird on the floor (1 Viewer)

Just found 2 birds put them back in the tree we think they fell from but 1 kept falling out of the tree so we have taken it inside to try to help, can anyone identify it and give some advice on caring for it , thanks

Hi sonik and a warm welcome to you from all the Staff and Moderators.

You have a fledgling Great Tit there. We have some guidelines for you about baby/injured birds, here. I hope you find them useful.
 
Tits are cavity nesters. Young tits are not comfortable when you put them on a tree. Especially in this age because your photo shows a fully feathered fledgling. The place of them is in bushes and on the ground when leaving the nest. There´s no reason to keep this bird in your care, please bring it back to the place where you found it. Thank you. BTW, beside some Birdforum guidelines there are laws which clearly regulate the adoption of wild birds.
